The Dæmon Page

Welcome to The Dæmon Page!

Created in 2003, The Dæmon Page was the first website dedicated completely to the philosophy of dæmons, and the community is still going strong today. Whether you're a veteran to the idea or are just hearing about it for the first time, we hope you'll enjoy your visit. In short, a dæmon is a person's subconscious voice projected in animal form, giving unwavering companionship, and eventually settling into a form that reflects the essence of who you are. UPDATES::

5-05-08 - Two spankin' new reverse analyses!  I seem to be on a roll lately with those.  ^^  Also, the updated maned wolf analysis has been posted under Quick Analyses.

4-20-08 - Two more reverse analyses, along with a full length Tibetan mastiff analysis by Kate & Kael (which replaced the redundant tiger analysis on Page 3).  Thanks, guys!

4-14-08 - Updated Reverse Analyses with a swift fox result.

4-13-08 - Oh boy, what haven't I updated?  XD  Lesse...  Sections with new material include Give Me Your Soul, Quick Analyses, Reverse Analyses, Putting Things in Perspective, What They've Done, FAQ, Facts (#3), and the Store page.

3-04-08 - Updated Your Dæmons with Benj's information, as well as What They've Done and Your Definitions with Olivia's submissions.

2-17-08 - The 'Putting Things in Perspective' section has been updated on my end and is now public.  (I couldn't bare to have it up when it still said my dad was a starling and my aunt a bunting.  ^^;)  Also, Steve and Haku's dæmons have been added to the page.

2-12-08 - Added four dæmons to the Your Dæmons section, as well as another instance of someone's dæmon taking an unknown form to Facts.  Also, the old response to the slender mongoose analysis on page 2 was replaced, since the original replier ended up as a guinea pig.
LATER: Added Mage's dæmon and updated Further Discussion (Forum) with an email message.

2-11-08 - Finally, after a long wait, the new Dæmon Page is up and running!  I'm happy with the changes that have been made so far, but the work's not finished yet.  Dæmon Lyrics will be redone and moved over, Movie Stars Have Souls Too will also be edited before being transferred, and of course the longer introduction needs some tinkering.  But I'm just glad that I can finally display the new site.  If you've only been checking the Envy.nu page for the past year, I'd like to direct your attention to the new quick analyses posted, as well as some updates to the FAQ.

4-18-07 - New section titled "Your Definitions" added to the site.  Go, read, and feel warm n' fuzzy.

4-14-07 - The shorter Introduction has been rewritten, which means I'm not completely embarrassed by it anymore.  Also added an 11th page of Lyrics.

Later: Added two now-kinda-old quick analyses to the appropriate section.  Also, Facts was cleaned up a bit, with new facts added to numbers 5 and 9, and 15 and 
16 being new.

Useful Ramblings has been updated, but there's still more to come.

copy of Laurie Frost's Elements of His Dark Materials.

11-25-06 - Added a couple QAs, couple RAs, and replaced the old border collie analysis with Cat's updated version.  I swear it's the longest analysis you've ever 
seen.  =P  A must-see for herding dog souls everywhere.

11-05-06 - Updated with a wolverine RA and a Harris' Hawk QA.
